Greg Seitz and Terri Sterling were both born in delaware county, pennsylvania in 1979. Growing up only a town apart it was easy for the couple to meet at the early age of fifteen. After graduating high school Greg and Terri set off on a journey to the west coast, where they were introduced to the art of flameworking.

After returning home to PA there new found hobby quickly grew into a passion. In the late 90's Greg attended his first formal class at The Studio of the Corning Museum of Glass. Deeply inspired and realizing the need for further education, together Greg and Terri attended Salem Community College’s glass program where they acquired their solid foundation of glassworking skills. Over the next few years the couple returned to Corning, NY studying under some of the world’s top flameworkers.

Greg focuses mainly on blown vessels, creating artistic goblets, bottles, and vases. His eye for detail is apparent in his sleek styles and classic designs. Terri adds grace and elegance to their artwork with her skills in sculpting the human figure and floral

designs. Together they create beautiful collaborated works of artboth sculptural and functional, that are displayed through out the United States.

Most recently Greg and Terri are proud to announce that they were joined in marriage in May of 2006. Formerly known as Appalachian Glassworks, With the couple joining as one, Seitz Glass Studio came to be.
